Dutchess County Lottery Player Claims Million Dollar Raffle Top Prize

Gary Sivulich of Rhinebeck has claimed a $1,000,000 top prize from the New York Lottery’s Million Dollar Raffle drawn on October 26, 2025. 

 

The winning ticket was one of 15 selected to win a $1,000,000 cash prize as part of the Lottery’s promotional Raffle commemorating the Erie Canal bicentennial. 

 

Sivulich received a one-time, lump sum payment of $651,006, after required withholdings. 

 

The winning ticket was purchased at Stewart’s Shops located at 1200 Dutchess Turnpike in Poughkeepsie. 

 

Other top-prize winning Raffle tickets were sold in Chenango, Genesee, New York, Schenectady, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties.
