The Manhattan-based 13 Winners Limited Liability Company (LLC) has claimed a $1,000,000 Powerball second prize for matching the first five numbers drawn on December 22, 2025.
The winning numbers were: 03 18 36 41 54 Powerball 07.
The LLC received a one-time lump sum payment totaling $612,240, after required withholdings.
The winning ticket was purchased at Hansa Patel newsstand located at 45 Pine St. in Manhattan.
New York’s Powerball game generated $327,836,044 in total sales during fiscal year 2024-2025. School districts across the five boroughs received $1,427,185,199 in Lottery Aid to Education funds during the same period.
